Refund Policy

Before returning any products, please email us at support@purenature.co for instructions and a return authorisation. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject of your email.

Any unopened and unused products may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The products must be in new condition with original packaging. For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable. Similarly, any products where the labeling or packaging has been torn are also not returnable. Upon arrival of the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, but not including any return shipping charges.


CANCEL ORDER


If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery of the package so that it bounces back to us at no charge to you. Once received, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid, minus the actual shipping costs.


EXCHANGE ORDER


To exchange an order, the products must be in a new, sellable condition, as described above. Email us at support@purenature.co with your order number for detailed instructions. On exchanges, you will be charged the cost of shipping to return the items to us, and we will ship the new products with no additional shipping fees charged to you.


REFUND/RETURNS 

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of the products, if you change your mind on your purchase, packing must be unopened and in its original seal. Items can be returned if faulty e.g. a broken bottle. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@purenature.co in order to be processed and provided the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of returns are not covered by Pure Nature.

For a subscription order, requests for cancellations need to be made prior to the order being completed. Requests for a refund after subscription orders have been dispatched will be rejected.

How it works:

Simply finish your bottles, jars, or packets using the recommended daily amount over the course of 30 days minimum. If you do not feel an intended benefit by the time you have finished the contents of your product, take a picture of your empty bottle, jar, or packet and send this over to us to be eligible.

We may ask you a few questions just to gain to offer some guidance or advice then the team will let you know if you qualify for the guarantee!

Any enquires that do not meet the requirements will not be considered for the guarantee and all decisions are team discretionary.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
